If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please don’t be worry, we can arrange an exchange or a refund for you according to your condition as long as the returned items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging.

 

You can return the items within 7 days from the receiving date for a full refund.

If you have these issues(not satisfy the items, not receive your package, receive damaged package or items, any item missing from your package, size or color mismatched with your order), we promise a full refund or to resend a new package for free. Generally we need 24 hours to deal with the issue. Details bellow:
Lost package:
Please contact our Customer Service if you did not receive your package. We will immediately offer you a full refund or resend for free once we have confirmed from the courier that your package was lost.
 Missing items:
Please contact Customer Service if any item is missing from your package. We will offer you a full refund or send the missing item to you when we have confirmed that an item was missing. We will pay all shipping fees incurred. Generally we need 24 hours to deal with the issue.
Quality problems
1. If you find the package or items are damaged, please provide our Customer Service with sufficient evidence like photos and details of the issue. We will send you a new one or offer a full refund after confirmation.

2.If there is no quality-related problems but you are still not satisfied with our products, you can return the items for refund within 7 days of receiving your package. We will refund you the item price after we received and inspected your package. You need to pay all shipping fees incurred.Again, all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
Wrong items:
You can
1) Exchange them for new correct items;
2) Return them for a full refund.
Please contact our Customer Service and send us the details about the wrong items within 7 days after receiving your package. We will resend the correct item for free or refund you the full price.

Size does not match:
We have already given all the details about the size of our products on our website. Please make sure you have read these information before ordering.
1)    Size not as ordered:  You can contact our Customer Service directly for a full refund or a correct size for free.
2)    Size as ordered but does not fit: Size may be 2cm/1 inch inaccuracy due to hand measure.You can ask for a exchange or a refund, and you need to pay all shipping fees incurred.
Color mismatch:
The precise color of the items may vary depending on the specific monitor,the settings and the lighting conditions. Slight color mismatch between the color of item you received and the one shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you have confirmed that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our Customer Service to check if a return or refund is possible.
